DQ; known as Dairy Queen. The first one opened was in Joilet, Illionois, United States, June 22, 1940. It's been around for a long time. The state with the most Dairy Queen is Texas. At the end of 2006, Dairy Queen had 5,600 stores in more than a dozen countries; about 4,600 of its stores which is about 85% were located in the United States.DQ is not just an ice cream place, but also a Chill and Grill place, serving chicken, fries, burgers, popcorn shrimp, salads, hot dogs, chicken wraps and etc...
